Halloween Party
Waterloo Region Museum
The Waterloo Region Museum is hosting a Halloween Party and you’re invited, so be sure to come wearing your scariest Halloween costume! Enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides through the lantern lit historic village and see what tricks you’ll need to do and what games you’ll have to play to get a treat! Scary boo crafts and activities in the museum building will guarantee fun for everyone.
The Halloween Party is appropriate for children up to the age of 8 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is $5 per child plus taxes, accompanying adult is FREE.

NIGHT\SHIFT
Multiple locations, Downtown Kitchener
Discover downtown Kitchener in a whole new light by exploring it after dark. NIGHT\SHIFT nocturnal adventure festival is Waterloo Region’s annual autumnal community building event, featuring ephemeral installations and shows, plus opportunities galore to rediscover and reshape the built environment of the city core.
The festival will take over about 10 city blocks (including parks, parking lots, laneways, public businesses, cultural institutions and other public and private spaces) with about 30 attractions created by local artists, students, leaders, businesses, cultural enablers and community builders.
Make sure you stop by our CentreStage Lounge to listen to Machines of Loving Grace. Three music producers play improvised live deep dance music using synthesizers, samplers, sequencers and various effects. Music to nurture our hearts and heads in the age of technology
Ambient music kicks things off at 9pm, followed by live performances from 10pm until 2am.
