When two rookie cops trail a seemingly corrupt politician to a cheap hotel for a questionable meeting with his curvaceous accountant, their bumbling sting operation goes hilariously awry. Instead of fighting crime, they must now contend with mistaken identities, thwarted lovers, coded conversations, and a bevy of slamming doors thanks to a neurotic security guard, the mayor’s sweet-natured wife, and a bagpipe-wielding Scottish hit man.
