Hello friends,

Hope you are doing ok out there.
All summer my team and I have been readjusting the sails to consider how touring in Canada and the US might look as this COVID 19 Pandemic dramatically alters our lives and plans.

At this point it seems that refunding all tickets and re-booking shows well into next year is the best course of action. My band and I still want to play as many of the same cities and towns as possible, and will do our best to re-mount all the tours when it’s safe to do so.

Until then you can get a refund for your ticket purchases through the original point of sale. I want to say thank you again for your support and enthusiasm with this new record. It has felt good this year to finally have a new batch of songs to share with you, and when the time is right we will meet out in the world again.

In the meantime I’m trying to appreciate every sunrise and figure out how I can help in my little part of the world, as a citizen and a musician. I am spending lots of time outside, loading up on the restorative powers of nature, and I challenge you to do the same; go hug a tree, skip a rock, weed a garden bed. As we face all the discouragements and challenges of these days please know that you are a force, and people and the planet need your love and care.

And finally, thanks for being part of my emotional support team. Just knowing you’ve connected with my music and supported my (attempts at) shows 🙃means a whole lot❤️.

If you would like to transfer the value of your tickets to a gift certificate or donate the value of your tickets to Centre In The Square, please contact us by October 5. Our box office phone lines are now open Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM for assistance at 519-578-1570.

To be eligible for a refund, you must be the original purchaser and have purchased your tickets through Centre In The Square directly. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification, and automatically refunded to the original credit card. For those who have purchased tickets using cash, debit, or gift certificates, a cheque will be mailed to the original purchaser within 30 days.
