Don’t know what to do this weekend? We’ve got a few ideas:
Friday, February 13 @ 8.30PM
The Jazz Room
The young Québécois musician and composer returns to the Jazz Room with his quartet with compositions from Sens unique, his first album as a bandleader. He is an incredible player, very reminiscent of Joe Pass, but with a strong Gypsy flavour.
Saturday, February 14 @ 9AM
KIDS IN THE KITCHEN
Bring your kids to the Marketplace to stir up a storm with fun themes and activities focused around food, cooking and nutrition. Classes are taught by professional chefs who give your kids, and you, lots of opportunities to participate. All ages are welcome, from your littlest to biggest family member!
This annual three day festival is packed with winter activities, including the ever-popular 40 ft. children’s ice slide, dog sled rides, a chili cook-off, and more. Come watch the ice carvings created by seven highly skilled professional carvers, and three local college teams.
Monday, February 16 @ 10AM
