Battle for KOI at Maxwell’s
Maxwell’s Concerts & Events
Back after a successful battle in 2015, check out Battle for KOI at Maxwell’s 2016, starting this Friday! This will be the first of three events to crown the winner of Battle for KOI at Maxwell’s 2016. There will be lots of incredible prizes for winning bands including an opportunity to perform at KOI Fest At The Parking Lot on June 25. Centre In The Square will be on site for this event selling tickets for KOI Fest At The Parking Lot.

This traveling exhibit engages and enlightens the general public about the strange and fascinating world of butterflies and insects.  See real butterfly, moth and insect specimens collected from around the world and learn about how these tiny creatures contribute to our daily lives and the environment.

Doon Heritage Village Season Opening
Head over to Doon Heritage Village for their Season Opening this Sunday! Visit the picturesque 60-acre living history village that showcases what life was like in Waterloo Region in the year 1914.  Featuring historic buildings, farm animals, costumed interpreters and daily hands-on activities for all ages, there is something for the whole family to enjoy!
