Box Office Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10AM – 5PM
Saturday: 10AM – 2PM
Sundays & holidays: Closed unless there’s a performance.

On performance days:

  • Monday–Saturday: Open from the regular opening time until 30 minutes after the performance begins.
  • Sundays & holidays: Open two hours before each performance until 30 minutes after it begins.

Ticket Prices

All ticket prices displayed include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), a $5 Capital Reserve Fund (CRF) fee per tickets and applicable service charges. Additionally, a $4 Order Charge applies to each order.

Methods of Payment

Centre In The Square accepts payment via credit card (Visa, American Express, and MasterCard) and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), for online, phone, and in-person orders. Tickets can not be held without payment.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets purchased online or by phone can be delivered as mobile tickets, held for Box Office pickup (will call), or mailed for a $2.50 fee. Print at Home is also available for Main Stage performances.

For Box Office pickup, the account holder must present their ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Please review your event date, time and seat selection carefully before purchasing. Refunds and exchanges are not available except as outlined below. If tickets are discounted after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

Exchanges for CentreStage Members

CentreStage Members may exchange tickets between Centre In The Square Presents performances, subject to availability. Exchanges must be arranged at least 24 hours before the original performance begins.

All members can contact the Box Office for assistance. Platinum, Performing Arts and Headlining Members may also contact Meaghan Crouch, Assistant Manager, Box Office & Member Relations.

Ticket Insurance

For added peace of mind, we encourage you to consider ticket insurance when purchasing online. Insurance must be selected at the time of purchase, and coverage is subject to the provider’s terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Cancelled or Postponed Performances

If a refund is issued for a cancelled or postponed performance, it will include the ticket price paid, service fees and any convenience charge. Delivery charges and other amounts are not refundable. Credit card refunds will be returned to the same card used for the original purchase.

Unauthorized Ticket Distributors

Tickets for events at Centre in the Square are available exclusively via KW Tickets (operated by Centre in the Square). KW Tickets is the only authorized ticket seller for events taking place at Centre in the Square. Tickets purchased from any other site or secondary marketplace will see inflated prices, often in USD. These tickets are not valid, and you may be denied entry. Always ensure you are on centreinthesquare.com, broadwayinkitchener.com or kwitickets.evenue.net.
