Parking

If you are visiting the Box Office, 15 minute parking is available on the ring road off of Ellen Street.

The City of Kitchener operates parking on the Otto Street side of the venue which is the closest place to park for shows. Parking is $12 (cash only) in this lot. The City Of Kitchener operates both indoor and outdoor surface parking facilities within Downtown Kitchener. View Downtown Kitchener parking options.

Premium Parking

We have limited Premium Parking spots located on our ring road off of Ellen Street. The cost is $30 and can be purchased Online and/or at the Box Office window if spots are still available.

If you have purchased premium parking, please see the parking attendant in front of the main doors on Ellen Street and they will direct you where to park. This is not valet service. A parking attendant will assist you in parking your car in the correct spot. You’ll keep your keys and you can leave anytime during or after the event.
